I've been wanting to start baking sourdough at home but I'm intimidated by all the starter options out there. Does anyone have recommendations for affordable sourdough starter kits that don't require a ton of equipment? I'm thinking of starting with just flour, water, and maybe one good banneton basket to keep costs down. Would love to hear from anyone who's been successful keeping their starter alive without breaking the bank!
