Where to Find MLB The Show 26 Moonshot Rewards - U4GM

The Moonshot Event Program didn't ask players to follow one clean checklist. It gave you room to chase power stats, wins, packs, or the 93 overall Mike Moustakas card on your own route, while the market around MLB The Show 26 stubs made every reward feel tied to timing, demand, and smart planning.

What Was the Moonshot Event Program in MLB The Show 26

It was an Events program built around Program Points earned through Moonshot Event gameplay. The program is now listed as expired, with a May 22, 2026 expiration date.

The path was short, but not empty. You had five main stops, eight missions, one featured Mural Series player, and enough overlap to build your grind around hitting bombs instead of playing stiff, careful baseball.

1. Reward Path Built Around Mike Moustakas

If you only cared about the main card, you didn't need to clear the whole board. Mike Moustakas sat right in the middle at 50 Program Points.

The main reward stops were simple.

• 10 Program Points gave 10,000 XP.

• 25 Program Points gave 3x The Show Pack.

• 50 Program Points gave 93 overall Mural Series Mike Moustakas at third base.

• 75 Program Points gave a Deluxe Mural Pack.

• 100 Program Points had conflicting archive labels, with one source naming an Events Rewind Pack and another calling it a bonus reward.

That 50-point placement mattered. You could grab Moose without finishing every Parallel XP grind, though the extra packs made the back half worth checking if you had time.

2. Missions Favored Power Over Small Ball

This event was made for players who like swinging early and punishing weak pitches. Contact-only lineups could work, but they weren't the fastest route.

The useful mission targets looked like this.

• 10 total bases awarded 5 Program Points.

• 10 runs awarded 10 Program Points.

• 20 hits awarded 10 Program Points.

• 10 extra-base hits awarded 10 Program Points.

• 10 home runs awarded 15 Program Points.

• 5 wins awarded 15 Program Points.

• 2,500 Parallel XP with Mural Series players awarded 10 Program Points.

• 30,000 Parallel XP with any players awarded 25 Program Points.

Home runs carried the grind. One homer counted as a hit, four total bases, an extra-base hit, at least one run, and player PXP, so stacking power bats was the cleanest move.

3. Mural Series PXP Changed Lineup Planning

This part helped players who already owned Mural Series cards. If you didn't, the mission became slower until Moustakas entered your club at 50 points.

Keep these details in mind.

• Mural Series Parallel XP only mattered inside the Moonshot Event.

• Mike Moustakas could help after you earned him, if the event was still active and he was eligible.

• The source data didn't list event roster rules, so card eligibility needed in-game checking.

• The 30,000 PXP mission was the biggest single-point payout at 25 Program Points.

Quitting too much could slow that part down. Full games gave your hitters more chances and helped wins stack naturally.

4. Don't Confuse It With WBC Moonshot

There was another Moonshot Event Program earlier in the year, and mixing them up was easy. The rewards were not the same.

The key split was clear.

• WBC Moonshot expired on March 18, 2026.

• WBC Moonshot awarded 88 overall World Baseball Classic Brice Turang at 50 Program Points.

• The later Moonshot Event expired on May 22, 2026.

• The later Moonshot Event awarded 93 overall Mural Series Mike Moustakas at 50 Program Points.

That difference matters when using old guides. A pack name, market price, or mission route from one event may not fit the other.
