Pinetbook may give refunds for some Pinetbook purchases, depending on the refund policies described below. You can also contact the developer directly.
1. Refund for erroneous transactions. And there are reasons to support that error. The time frame is 48 hours from the transaction time.
2. Refunds that are limited to the amount that was put into the Pi wallet. In transactions involving donations to Pi, we don't impede the user's workflow. It is a deal reached by the two parties.
3. If you give your account or payment details to someone else, appear to be abusing our policies, or don’t protect your account with authentication, we usually can’t issue a refund.
