Pi Network Unveils 3-Phase Mainnet Migration Plan

In a major stride toward decentralization, Pi Network has officially announced a 3-phase migration process for its native token, marking a significant milestone for its global community of Pioneers.

The phased migration ensures a smooth and secure transition of Pi balances to the mainnet, maximizing fairness and inclusivity. Here's what to expect:

1⃣ Initial Phase: Focused on migrating base mining rewards and other initial balances, this phase lays the foundation for future migration waves.

2⃣ Second Phase: Targets referral rewards that become eligible after users complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, ensuring legitimacy and trust in the network.

3⃣ Ongoing Migrations: The final phase introduces automatic migrations, allowing new KYC-verified users to join seamlessly and continuously.

Already, over 12 million users have successfully migrated to the mainnet — a clear testament to the strength and momentum of the Pi community.

In total, 65% of the 100 billion Pi supply is allocated to the community, reinforcing Pi Network’s mission to build a decentralized, people-powered digital economy.
