What hobby did you pick up as an adult?

I always thought learning new skills was something you did as a kid, but I recently started learning to play piano at 35 and I'm loving it. It's humbling to be a complete beginner again, but also incredibly rewarding. What hobbies have you discovered later in life that you wish you'd started sooner?
