I've been using 25-minute focused work blocks with 5-minute breaks, and my output has genuinely increased. What's wild is how it's completely changed my relationship with procrastination - instead of dreading a 4-hour project, I just commit to one Pomodoro at a time. Would love to hear if anyone has tweaked the method or found similar systems that work even better!
