Best Hiking Trails for Sunset Photography?

I've been getting into landscape photography lately and I'm looking for some amazing hiking trails where the lighting during golden hour is absolutely spectacular. I'm willing to travel pretty far if the views are worth it - mountains, coastal cliffs, desert canyons, whatever. Has anyone here hiked somewhere that left you breathless, especially around sunset or sunrise? I'd love recommendations and tips on timing the hikes right!
