I've noticed a lot of coffee enthusiasts will absolutely roast you for suggesting instant coffee, but honestly I think it gets unfair treatment. Sure, the flavor profile isn't quite the same as freshly brewed, but when you're in a rush in the morning or traveling, the convenience factor is unbeatable. Am I alone in this, or do others secretly enjoy a good instant coffee without feeling guilty about it?
