Best coffee gear for camping trips?

I'm planning a backpacking adventure next month and really want decent coffee in the mornings without lugging heavy equipment. Has anyone tried those portable pour-over setups or the compact AeroPress? I'm torn between convenience, weight, and actually getting good flavor.
