Thank you for sharing this issue. Indeed, the KYC process can sometimes be challenging, especially when the 4-minute limit is exceeded or when there are problems with the phone's camera. This is certainly a significant challenge for many Pioneers. I believe that the Core Team is aware of these difficulties and is working to improve the process. In the meantime, it’s important for us to be well-prepared before starting the KYC, ensuring that our devices and connections are working properly to avoid any issues.
