Dodol in the making, is a tradisional toffy like Malay delicacies. Cooking time is 8 hours. 80 kgs of raw material i.e coconut milk, water, glutinous rice powder, jaggery brown sugar, coconut sugar, pandan leaf juice, coarse sugar and salt cooked till only 40 kgs remained.
