The Bee and the Flower
Once upon a time, there was a little bee named Vang. Vang flew diligently from flower to flower to find sweet nectar. One day, Vang flew to a bright red rose, which looked very beautiful but had no nectar at all.
Vang sadly flew to find another flower. Finally, Vang found a small, bright yellow chrysanthemum, which did not look as eye-catching as the rose. But when he got closer, Vang was surprised to see that the chrysanthemum was full of sweet nectar.
Vang learned a lesson: Don't judge a person or an object by its appearance. The small chrysanthemum gave Vang more sweet nectar than the bright red rose.
Meaning of the story:
This story wants to remind us that:
* Inner beauty is more important than outer beauty: Like the chrysanthemum, kind and sincere people are often not ostentatious, but bring a lot of value to life.
* Don't be quick to judge: We should not judge a person or a thing by its appearance, but should dig deeper to understand its nature.
