Ingrediente:
4 bucăți piept de pui
Sare, piper
2 linguri ulei
30 g unt
300 g ciuperci (champignon sau mix)
3 căței usturoi tocați
200 ml smântână pentru gătit
1 linguriță muștar Dijon (opțional)
Cimbru sau pătrunjel pentru decor
Mod de preparare:
1️⃣ Condimentează pieptul de pui. Prăjește-l în ulei până devine auriu, apoi scoate-l pe o farfurie.
2️⃣ În aceeași tigaie, topește untul. Adaugă ciupercile și usturoiul. Gătește 5-7 min.
3️⃣ Toarnă smântâna și muștarul. Pune puiul înapoi și fierbe 10-15 min, acoperit.
Decorare și Servire:
Presară cimbru proaspăt și servește cu piure, orez sau paste.
