You are not your mind. 🧠đŸšĢâ€ŧī¸

The source of a lot of pain comes from identifying with, and believing that you are your thoughts. We tend to believe that these thoughts are “me” or are “mine.” As we all know, the mind can be hellish and is frankly, not our friend. So when we accept these critical and fearful thoughts of ourselves and others as truth, reality is painted by perception. You can tell that you are not your mind by saying any short phrase in your mind. Saying “whats up” silently in your mind, you can ask: who or what, just heard or registered that phrase. You can then take the view point of the watcher or observer of your thoughts, separate from the mind. This is important to see because when we take ownership of our thoughtsâ€Ļ and the magical words “mine” or “me” are used, we add an exaggerated value to these thoughts. We believe we are creating them, and they are important and valuable. Now they are worth defending and are a source of conflict. To know the difference between You and your ego already weakens its hold. Free yourself from the trap of the mind. Seek to be aware. Seek truth đŸ“–đŸ•Šī¸đŸ™ŒđŸŊ🙏đŸŊ
