Adeta Primary School: Gov. AbdulRazaq’s Commitment to Education Infrastructure Takes Shape
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, is making significant strides in fulfilling his pledge to transform the state's education sector. He has raised the bar in the provision of critical infrastructure, the recruitment of qualified teachers, and the prompt payment of salaries.
One such effort is the construction of a multistorey prototype of a KwaraLEARN school, which reflects the Governor’s commitment to ensuring that children across the state have access to modern educational facilities and a conducive learning environment.
The state-of-the-art Adeta Primary School in Ilorin, currently being built by the AbdulRazaq-led administration, is poised to set a new standard for educational infrastructure in the state. The facility will feature the following classrooms and offices:
•1 Headmaster's Office
•1 Deputy Headmaster's Office
•1 Large Administrative Office
•A Sickbay
•15 Classrooms for Pre-primary Pupils
•15 Classrooms for Lower Primary (Primary 1–3)
•15 Classrooms for Upper Primary (Primary 4–6)
•2 Science Laboratories
•2 Large Art Rooms
•2 Spacious Staff Rooms
•1 Large Library
•2 ICT Laboratories
•A Generous Outdoor Play Area
•Adequate Toilets and Other Supporting Facilities
Once completed, these world-class educational facilities will rank among the best not only in the North Central but also in the country, and will significantly enhance access to quality education for children in Kwara State.
