أنشودة مرنبتاح (من لوحة النصر)

"تُعد هذه الأنشودة إعادة إحياء للنص الختامي من "لوحة النصر" للملك مرنبتاح (أحد ملوك الأسرة التاسعة عشرة)، والتي يعود تاريخها إلى حوالي عام 1208 قبل الميلاد.
يوثق هذا النص التاريخي الهام انتصار الجيش المصري على التحالف الليبي وشعوب البحر، وإعادة فرض السيطرة المصرية على مدن كنعان (مثل عسقلان وجيزر). وتكتسب هذه اللوحة شهرة عالمية كونها تحتوي على أول ذكر موثق لاسم "إسر/ائيل' في التاريخ البشري، حيث يصفهم الملك بأنهم قبيلة أبيدت قوتها ولم يعد لها بذور، مختتما البيان بإعلان "السلام المصري' على كل الأراضي المجاورة.
