How do we know progress towards the 2024 open web goals?

In 2024, the core team will provide ongoing updates on network progress under Conditions 1 and 2 via the roadmap itself and/or announcements. This way, the Vanguard and Core teams can examine our collective progress, assess where the gaps are, and focus efforts accordingly to achieve our collective goals of transforming the open web by 2024.
