I wondered what season it was

On a day with rays of sunshine amidst the gentle breezes making the leaves sway perfectly, blending in with everything around them, creating a fantastic harmony...

Season is defined as a succession of nature characterized by regular changes in climate, sunlight, temperature, etc. and these changes would be triggered by the movement of the Earth around the Sun and the tilt of its axis. This tilt of the axis would cause different parts of the planet to receive different amounts of sunlight and this results in seasonal changes. In most regions, in temperate zones we find four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter) but in other regions such as tropical ones there are only two main seasons (rainy and dry) and the list goes on. From an astronomical point of view the duration of each season is determined by the solstices and equinoxes.

All these changes in the seasons influence the biological cycles of plants, animals, the ecosystem, agriculture and through them and not only humanity.

Returning to what fascinated me the most meditating on the similarity of man with the seasons was that we can find healing, relief, life, hope. Through the seasons we can learn the rebirth of our own self and that it can be possible if we want, reflection, understanding, depth, peace, regeneration and many other lessons by remembering and teaching us how to live the present and the moment. From physical health, seasons being the spreader of diseases, food preferences, biological rhythm to our spiritual life admiring the entire ecosystem and the perfection of everything that happens in nature and how the seasons are the best partners and lesson givers.

Our experiences resonate perfectly with the cycle of the seasons and there are even psychological studies such as the great psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung through his analysis of the collective consciousness suggested that the seasons of life are not only external but also internal and this blends perfectly with human nature.

Now I understand that the seasons are not just changes in nature but the wonders of nature that perfectly make up the composition of our nature's creation, challenging us to our depths. The seasons are great lessons about love, learning ... living.

Everything we experience is our story, it depends on us!
