Just got back from a month-long food tour through Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and I'm still thinking about those $2 street bowls of pho that tasted like they took hours to prepare. If you're considering a budget backpacking trip and food is your main concern, honestly you can eat like royalty for almost nothing in that region.
