Samuel L. Jackson, one of Hollywood’s most famous actors, has millions of followers keeping up with everything he posts. On July 20, 2026, hours before the World Cup final, he chose to share a message on his Instagram stories saying that Argentina “has historically been one of the most racist countries, if not the most racist, in the world.”
The text was not his own. It had been written by the organization SEC Black Alumni Network and called on the Black community not to support the Argentine national team. Jackson reposted it without adding a single word of his own, alongside an image of himself as Stephen, his character in Django Unchained, wearing the sky-blue-and-white jersey.
So far, neither the actor nor Argentina’s Foreign Ministry has spoken publicly. The post has already made its way through media outlets in several countries and left a question hanging: how much weight does a celebrity’s word carry when they use it to amplify something they did not even write themselves? #elf #cameroon

They were America's most dangerous brothers. In 1981, in Rhode Island, twin brothers Darren and Miles Cade had built a solid reputation and enjoyed the trust of everyone in the area. They ran a successful real estate agency specializing in vacant and isolated properties.
However, over time, more than 50 people disappeared across several states. At first, this didn't raise any concerns. The victims came from diverse backgrounds, and there was no obvious connection between the cases.
Then everything changed when a city building inspector named Thomas Reed was sent to assess one of the brothers' properties before it could be put on the market. Upon arrival, Reed noticed several strange things: false walls, boarded-up rooms, and electrical wiring that didn't match the building plans.
Consequently, when he tried to leave, he discovered his car had been sabotaged. Sensing the danger, he managed to contact the police before losing the signal. Authorities arrived shortly after and searched the property.
However, what they discovered in the basement linked the Cade brothers to dozens of disappearances, including personal belongings and detailed files on their victims. One of the brothers was arrested on the spot; however, the other had already vanished.
Then, a few days later, during his transfer, the arrested brother experienced a sudden medical emergency. When officers stopped to assist him, he disappeared without a trace. To this day, despite ongoing investigations, both brothers remain missing and have never been found. #elf #cameroon
